Who we are

This website and the FixFlow service are operated by Assurio ("we", "us", "our"). Assurio is the data controller for the personal data we collect through FixFlow.

What data we collect

We collect and process the following categories of personal data:

  • Identity and contact data: name, email address, phone number, business name and address.
  • Account data: login credentials, profile information and user preferences.
  • Service data: job details, customer records, invoices, messages and appointment history.
  • Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers and how you interact with the service.
  • Support data: messages, call recordings and voicemail transcripts when you contact us or our AI assistant.

How we use your data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To create and manage your FixFlow account.
  • To provide the website, booking diary, customer records and invoicing features.
  • To send service messages, appointment reminders and account notifications.
  • To prevent fraud, secure the service and provide customer support.
  • To improve FixFlow and fix issues.
  • Where you have agreed, to send marketing messages about FixFlow.

Legal basis for processing

We process personal data on the basis of: (a) performance of a contract with you; (b) compliance with a legal obligation; (c) our legitimate interests in running and securing our service; and (d) your consent, where required (for example for marketing cookies or marketing emails).

Who we share data with

We share personal data only with:

  • Service providers: hosting, analytics, customer support and communication tools that help us run FixFlow.
  • Paddle: our Merchant of Record for subscription billing, payment processing, tax compliance and invoicing.
  • Professional advisers: legal and accounting professionals where necessary.
  • Authorities: regulators, courts or law enforcement when required by law.

International transfers

Some of our service providers are based outside the UK and European Economic Area. When we transfer data internationally we use appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions, to protect your personal data.

Data retention

We keep your personal data for as long as you have a FixFlow account and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. You also have the right to withdraw consent at any time and to complain to your local supervisory authority. We aim to respond to requests within one month.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.
