1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms & Conditions are a legal agreement between you and Assurio ("we", "us", "our") for the use of the FixFlow software service. By signing up for or using FixFlow you agree to these terms. If you are using FixFlow on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.

2. About FixFlow

FixFlow is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that helps appliance repair engineers manage their business. It includes a customer-facing website, enquiry inbox, booking diary, customer records, invoicing, stock management, expenses and optional AI-assisted phone and messaging features.

3. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, using the service or continuing to access FixFlow after we update these terms, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may not share accounts or allow anyone outside your business to access your account without permission.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use FixFlow for anything unlawful or abusive, including:

• Illegal, fraudulent or deceptive activities.
• Spam, harassment or sending unsolicited messages.
• Infringing anyone else's intellectual property rights.
• Interfering with the security or performance of the service.
• Reverse engineering, scraping or probing our systems.
• Uploading malware, viruses or harmful code.

6. Subscription, billing and Paddle

FixFlow is offered on a subscription basis. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may be billed monthly or annually. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms. By subscribing you agree to Paddle's terms as well.

7. Free trial

New accounts may start with a free trial. When the trial ends you must select a paid plan to keep using the full service. If you do not subscribe, your account may be limited or paused but your data will remain available to you.

8. Intellectual property

Assurio owns all intellectual property rights in FixFlow, including the software, design, documentation, branding and content we provide. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use FixFlow for your own business during your subscription.

You keep all rights to the customer data, business information and content you upload. You give us permission to host and process that data solely so we can provide the service to you.

9. Service level

We aim to keep FixFlow available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure. Maintenance, updates and circumstances beyond our control may cause downtime.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Assurio's liability is capped at the total fees you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages such as lost profits, lost data or lost goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law requires it.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay when due, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our acceptable use policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing settings or by contacting Paddle support.

When your subscription ends, your access to paid features will stop. We will retain your data for a reasonable period so you can export it or reactivate your account.

12. Changes to the service and terms

We may update FixFlow and these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ireland.
